Kids Drawing to Life Privacy Policy | Drawings & Data

Read the Kids Drawing to Life privacy policy to understand how uploaded artwork, account information and sharing links are handled before using the service.

About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kids Drawing to Life processes information when you create AI images and videos, edit a photo, purchase credits or contact support. It applies to the service at kidsdrawingtolife.com.

Information used by the service

  • Google account information: when you sign in, we receive account details needed to identify your account, such as your Google identifier, name, email address and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Creative inputs and results: prompts, uploaded reference media, generation settings, task identifiers, generated files and their status may be processed to deliver your requested creation.
  • Billing and credits: we retain order, subscription, payment-status and credit-ledger records. Payment providers process payment details; the application does not store full card numbers.
  • Support requests: information you include in a support ticket, feedback message or billing question.
  • Technical information: session cookies, language and appearance preferences, request information and security logs used to operate the service and limit abuse. Optional analytics or support integrations may process usage information when enabled.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate accounts, submit generation tasks, display and save results, calculate and update credits, process purchases and renewals, respond to support requests, and maintain service security. Account records also let us associate an order or generation task with the correct user.

Providers and processing

Your creative input and the settings necessary for a task are sent to the AI provider used for that task. This project integrates Kie and Evolink; the selected model and available configuration determine which provider processes the request. Review the provider's applicable policies before sending sensitive information. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share.

Generated media and uploaded references may be stored using Cloudflare R2 or another configured storage service. Payment processing, Google sign-in, notification and email services receive the information needed to perform their roles. Provider processing may occur outside your country. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to address fraud, security or misuse.

Retention and storage

Generated files are copied to configured storage rather than relying only on temporary AI-provider links. This does not promise permanent storage or a fixed retention period. Task records, account data and billing records may remain for service operation, support, accounting or legal obligations. Copies held by external providers are subject to their policies.

Cookies and optional integrations

Session cookies support sign-in and account security. Other preferences may be saved in cookies or local browser storage. When the service enables optional analytics or advertising integrations and a consent control is presented, use that control to manage the available choices. Browser settings can also restrict cookies, but doing so may affect sign-in.

Security and your choices

We use access controls and transport encryption and restrict account operations to authenticated users. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including passwords, financial credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information in prompts and support messages.

You can review available account settings and request help with access, correction or deletion through Contact. Some information may need to be retained for billing, fraud prevention or legal obligations. We assess requests under applicable requirements; the interface does not promise a self-service export or deletion feature where none is available.

Updates and contact

The updated date above identifies this version. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, through the service. For privacy questions, use the contact page and describe your request without sending passwords or full payment-card details.

Children's artwork and sharing

The service is designed for parents and guardians to operate. Upload drawings you own or have permission to process. Avoid including a child's face, full name, school details or other personal information in the image or description.

Original drawings and new outputs are encrypted before storage. Signing in is required to view private files. When you generate a result, the AI provider receives temporary access to the selected image. This policy does not promise that external providers never retain data or use it for training; their applicable terms also govern processing.

Sharing is off by default. Creating a share link allows anyone with that link to view the drawing and its creations. You can turn sharing off in the studio. Deleting a drawing revokes application access and share links immediately, and schedules stored-file cleanup. Accounting and task records can be retained separately. External copies already downloaded by recipients cannot be recalled.

A drawing selected before signing in can remain locally in your browser to preserve the draft through login. The app treats this draft as expired after 24 hours and clears it after a successful upload or when next opened after expiry.
